1. Information on how to enter and prize forms part of these conditions of entry. 2. Employers and employees of Showcase Jewellers, their member stores, suppliers and their relatives are not eligible to enter. 3. The promotion commences at 12.01am AEST on 18/6/07 and closes 11.59pm AEST on 7/12/07. Entries not received by 11.59pm on 7/12/07 or not completed in accordance with these conditions will not be eligible to win. No responsibility is accepted for late entries. 4. The winner will be randomly drawn on 17th December at 2pm at the premises of Showcase Jewellers, Suite 1, Level 5 Office Tower, Westfield Shoppingtown, Miranda NSW 2228. If required a redraw will take place on March 17th 2008 at Showcase Jewellers, Suite 1, Level 5 Office Tower, Westfield Shoppingtown, Miranda NSW 2228. The winner will be notified by mail and published in The Australian on 19th December 2007. 5. Total prize value is $5000. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 6. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned due to any reason including (but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. 7. All entries become the property of the Promoter. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each Entrant consents to the information they submit with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter and its related body corporates may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant including sending the Entrant electronic messages or mail. All personal details of the Entrant provided by entering the promotion will be stored at the office of the Promoter.
